Nepal will have four players in the pool for the Lanka Premier League 2026 Player Draft, scheduled for June 1 in Colombo.
Star leg-spinner Sandeep Lamichhane has registered under the Gold Category with a base price of USD 30,000, reflecting his standing as one of associate cricket's most recognised T20 talents.
The remaining three Nepali cricketers — all-rounder Dipendra Singh Airee, batter Kushal Bhurtel, and fast bowling All-rounder Gulshan Jha — have registered under the Associate Stars Category at a base price of USD 15,000 each.
With each franchise required to select at least one associate player, the Nepali quartet will be hopeful of hearing their names called when the five LPL franchises make their picks on June 1.
